Once hailed the tallest building between the Missouri River and the West Coast when it was completed in 1912, the steel-frame Walker Building remains a grand landmark in Salt Lake City. Though no longer the city’s tallest, it offers a rare, elevated perspective—literally—on how the city has grown and changed over time.
This rooftop tour delivers more than stunning views. Discover hidden history, fascinating landmarks, and untold stories as Todd Tanner brings the city to life from atop the iconic Walker Center.
Note: The tour includes historic areas of the building that are not ADA-compliant, and all participants must be able to go up and down stairs without assistance. No mobility devices are allowed.
