About the event

Normandie Heights is the street grouping of Harvard, Princeton, and Laird between 1300 East and 1500 East, Salt Lake City, the last large subdivision platted in the Yalecrest neighborhood, with homes built between 1926–1935. The homes on these streets are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recently designated as Local Historic Districts.  The Normandie Heights subdivision included one-story affordable cottages, as well as soaring Tudors, within walking distance of schools, shopping, and the trolley line. When you arrive, you'll notice lights on the houses, large Sycamore and Elms lining the streets, curved front walkways, and rolling lawns. A neighborhood guide will lead our small group to visit the holiday-decorated interiors of five homes, from period English cottages, to a two-story Colonial Revival, to an early Ranch-style home. Your season will be made merrier as you enter each home, delight in the variety of floor plans and interior design…
