About
Loggia Preservation is a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), historic consulting firm based in Michigan. Our firm was founded by Cassandra Talley and Katie Cook (both 36 CFR 61 Architectural Historians) with the goal of providing comprehensive historic preservation consulting services around the country. We offer a range of services, including completing National Register nominations, conducting historic resource surveys, developing Multiple Property Documentation Forms (MPDFs), creating historic district and building design guidelines, writing historic structure reports, and counseling clients on the utilization of historic tax credits.
Service Description
Over the past 5 years, our historians have been involved in numerous historic preservation projects. We have completed National Register nominations for individual resources and historic districts, conducted small- and large-scale historic resource surveys, written and illustrated historic district and building design guidelines, provided historic tax credit consulting for dozens of projects, and completed general research projects.
