K Real Estate is a locally owned, philanthropy-driven brokerage based in Murray, Utah. As Principal Broker, I specialize in residential, commercial, multifamily, and historic properties, bringing nearly 20 years of proven experience and expertise in preservation-related real estate. I have a strong understanding of Utah’s historic designation process, tax incentives, and available funding resources.
I am also the founder of the Murray City Downtown District, a nationally affiliated Main Street community focused on historic preservation and economic vitality. I have successfully assisted numerous historic property owners with valuation, strategic marketing, restoration guidance, and complex sales, connecting them with trusted preservation professionals and funding partners to protect and enhance their properties.
Service Description
I've worked with three specific property owners in my downtown historic district in Murray with grants and options for preserving their properties and also finding renters to fill their vacant spaces. In addition, I wrote a winning grant for a historic chapel owner who is using the space for her Thai restaurant. I'm also the founder of a Main Street program in Murray and working directly with local businesses and property owners. I'm also the listing agent on a historic property in SLC currently and also working with another client to purchase a historic property in Midvale.
