About
Architectural Historian/Historic Preservationist/Architectural Designer
Robyn Taylor-Granda served as Preservation Utah's Historic Properties Programs Manager from 2023-2026, running their statewide Preservation Easement protection program, their Revolving Fund Loan program, as well as facilitating technical trainings.
In the 20 years prior, she practiced architectural and millwork design after studying architecture and historic preservation at the University of Utah. She specializes in historic residential and small-scale commercial properties with easement protection and within historic districts.

Service Description
ARCHITECTURAL
- Project scope assessment - to determine the needs of the property based on the reason for the project (insurance requirement, code enforcement, remodel, historic district requirement, etc.)
- Full architectural drawings from design to permitting for projects as limited as a front porch to remodels with additions
- Design coordination to meet requirements of Historic Preservation Department, Preservation Easement or Utah Historic Preservation Tax Programs as needed
