About the event
Bim Oliver researches and writes about Utah architecture with a focus on Modernism. He's the author of two books, "South Temple Street Landmarks: Salt Lake City's First Historic District" and "Air Mail Outpost To International Hub: The Salt Lake City Airport's 100-Year Evolution," as well as articles in various local and national periodicals. Bim has conducted studies for the University of Utah, the Utah State Historic Preservation Office, Preservation Utah, and local architectural firms. And he has presented lectures on a variety of architectural topics for Osher, the Utah State Historic Preservation Office, Preservation Utah, and community organizations like the Holladay Historical Commission.
